Non-Emergency Transportation Services

Caring Hands Transportation provides non-emergency companion transportation services only. We are not an ambulance service, medical provider, or emergency response company. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments should be scheduled in advance whenever possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested times but cannot guarantee availability.

Cancellations

Clients are asked to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information, accurate contact information, informing us of mobility assistance or accommodations needed prior to service, and maintaining respectful behavior toward staff and companions.

Safety Policy

Seat belts must be worn during transportation when medically appropriate. Caring Hands Transportation reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if safety concerns arise for clients, staff, or others.

Payments

Service rates and payment terms will be communicated prior to transportation services being provided. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon arrangement.

Delays & Service Interruptions

Caring Hands Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, accidents, medical emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate services, Caring Hands Transportation shall not be held liable for unforeseen incidents, delays, injuries, or losses occurring beyond reasonable control.
